Demystifying policy on a global scale

We designed a bespoke training programme for a global pharmaceutical company to equip their regions and affiliates with the skills, experience and confidence to effectively understand and overcome policy barriers to rapid access to and uptake of medicines.

The programme identified common themes, methodologies and best practice, and has been delivered in the Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa business regions. Participants said it made them feel more confident to engage with policy audiences and influence policy agendas.
