Boosting external affairs capability in Asia-Pacific
We worked with a global pharmaceutical company in the Asia Pacific region to map how their external affairs functions should be optimally structured and resourced at the national and regional level.
Through in-depth research, wide-ranging interviews with internal and external experts, and in-country meetings, we produced detailed reports with recommendations for key markets. Our recommendations were widely implemented and external affairs teams were transformed. The programme has since been expanded to further affiliates in the region.
