Defining and measuring success in policy change

We worked with a pharmaceutical company to develop a bespoke approach to measuring success across its global, regional and affiliate policy functions. We created a framework to evaluate progress on policy objectives, milestones and actions. This was used to build dashboards for tailored objectives around reimbursement and uptake, action to improve services, and condition prioritisation.

The result is a consistent approach to policy evaluation across the business, which is aligned with the practices of other functions within the organisation. Policy teams now have a new confidence in evaluating and communicating their impact within the organisation.
